How To Bake Bacon In The Oven Recipe

  • 1 pound bacon regular sliced


  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Line large baking sheet with baking parchment or foil.
  • Separate and lay bacon slices out single file on the prepared baking sheet.
  • It's ok if bacon slightly overlaps, because it shrinks as it bakes.
  • Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, depending on how chewy or crisp you like your bacon.
  • If you like it really crisp, you can bump up the temperature to 400°.
  • You won't need to flip the bacon.
  • When the bacon is cooked to your liking, remove from the oven.
  • Carefully transfer bacon slices to paper towels to drain off the excess grease.
  • Serve warm.
