Preheat oven to 375°.
Line large baking sheet with baking parchment or foil.
Separate and lay bacon slices out single file on the prepared baking sheet.
It's ok if bacon slightly overlaps, because it shrinks as it bakes.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, depending on how chewy or crisp you like your bacon.
If you like it really crisp, you can bump up the temperature to 400°.
You won't need to flip the bacon.
When the bacon is cooked to your liking, remove from the oven.
Carefully transfer bacon slices to paper towels to drain off the excess grease.
