Preheat oven to 400°.
Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mound rounded tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese onto parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced at least 1/2 inch apart.
Bake for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from oven when edges are just turning golden brown.
Cool completely.
Serve alongside soup or salad, or as a low carb snack.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
