Easy Baked Parmesan Cheese Crisps Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 5 ounces coarsely grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mound rounded tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese onto parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced at least 1/2 inch apart.
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven when edges are just turning golden brown.
  • Cool completely.
  • Serve alongside soup or salad, or as a low carb snack.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
