Coconut Coffee Creamer Recipe
Ingredients

ounce
can coconut milk
4
teaspoons
vanilla extract
2
tablespoons
liquid coconut oil
I bought the kind that remains liquid
2
teaspoons
agave nectar
or honey or sweetener of your choice
Optional: a few drops of coconut extract
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the blender and process until combined.
Use as a creamer in your favorite coffee!
Refrigerate leftovers in a tightly covered mason jar.
