Hi Chantelle – I use the Lipton Onion Soup Mix envelopes that come 2 to a box – I believe they are both 1 ounce each or close to 1 ounce. So I use 1 envelope/packet (1 ounce) of Lipton onion mix. Hope that helps and thanks for dropping by.
