Yes you can def. use it – I have used it as a simple syrup in cocktails and added to seltzer with a slice of lime. You could also brush it on cake layers before frosting (bakeries do this – keeps them very moist!) or pour over bread or pound cake as a glaze of sorts… Happy Thanksgiving and happy baking!
