Potatoes are the BEST thing ever, completely agree with the guy you met in the line. I can eat potatoes in all forms! 🙂 Rosemary and garlic are indeed a great pairing. And these oven roasted fries are making me drool, Allie.

Some interesting conversations can occur while standing in line. You just never know what you might hear. The other great thing about potatoes is they can last a really long time. I love your oven baked fries. They are a perfect way to eat a potato! 🙂

Well that guy behind you at checkout was one smart cookie! It is true, you can never go hungry as long as you have potatoes! He kinda reminds me of Bubba Gump… but with potatoes instead of shrimp. hahaha. Anyways, I am a ‘tater girl through and through, so you can bet I’m drooling over these steak fries!! These look perfectly crisp, golden brown and delicious, Allie! And I just love the classic garlic and rosemary combination!! I could most definitely eat just these as my meal!! Cheers, dear! xoxo
