Hi Emma – many thanks for your nice comment here, somehow I missed replying to it last week. My apologies. OFten we grill the steak outside on the grill, but if it’s too cold or snowy, we grill it inside on a grilling pan that we use on our gas stovetop. It’s just a cast iron frying pan with raised lines on it that give us the nice char marks. (You will want to oil the pan first so it doesn’t stick.) We have also cooked it in the oven under the broiler for a few minutes on each side and it has given us a nice piece of steak for slicing on a salad. Hope that helps, and that everyone at your house is surviving on the quinoa and yogurt. LOL. I actually love both of those, but I need a little meat every once in a while too. What’s your favorite way to cook this steak? I’m actually new to cooking beef, but we’re focusing on protein right now, and my husband can only take so much quinoa and yogurt – ha!
