Happy Blog Anniversary, Allie! I have also started 3 years ago in fall and I feel the same way about having a blog! 🙂 Sadly, I did not think to post a cake for the blog anniversary, maybe next year. This pie looks so amazing, I could start baking right now. Maybe I shall try the walnut meringue and line the dish with some baking paper… it works for anything else.

Real talk, I’m sitting here drinking coffee and exploring recipes on the internet. I saw this post and the following happened. My eyes popped out of my head then I took a sip of coffee, closed my eyes, inhaled deeply, and let out a long satisfying exhale while I imagined eating this pie. It looks freaking amazeballs!
