In reply to Dusty Storrer. Hey thanks Dusty, glad they turned out well. I love these little cream puffs. Yes I should have had the salt listed to go in along with the flour. So I just went into the recipe and fixed that, and many thanks for the heads up. So glad you dropped by, have a super week! Hope it's spring where you are. (It isn't here.)

Hi Allie, fyi I made these last night and they came out good. I noticed you have salt listed as an ingredient but not in the directions so I didn’t add any – only noticing I had the salt on the counter but didn’t use any. haha. thank you!

I love all things lemon and your dessert looks fantastic. BTW, we had six friends visiting from New Hampshire over the weekend that were supposed to fly home on Monday. All flights were cancelled and they were told it could take four days to get them on a plane. They rented a van and drove home. Now they are back with a nice suntan. 🙂

I have a weakness for cream puffs. I love how you can pop them in your mouth in one bite, it’s kind of dangerous how easy it is. The lemon cream filling is perfection!
