Oh my gosh! I love whipped cream in general, but this one looks beyond yum that I so want to lick that cream with my fingers. Yea, it looks that good, Allie. Sounds like a wonderful lunch! I love selecting a few desserts from beautiful cases, so much fun. This coffee whipped cream looks incredible. I make a mocha ice cream that is my favorite dessert in the summer, bet this would taste perfect in a sundae version!

Hey Sheila, I’m actually going to put a recipe for Brick Street Chocolate Cake parfaits on the blog next week, but what I did here is so simple. I made one pan of box brownies, one recipe of boxed chocolate pudding, and I just alternated the layers with the coffee whipped cream in a trifle bowl. I also bought a bag of Nestle Crunch “bits” and sprinkled those in, just because it was the last day of school for the kids! Ha ha. Big splurge. 🙂 Hope you enjoy. I was up at school yesterday and several people mentioned this dessert (I had sent it in to a school event the day before) – it was a big hit for very little work. And it looks so pretty too!
