Thanks so much Bresca – and thanks for the tips too. I’ll have to try the cayenne, though I’ll have to be careful as I’m a wimp when it comes to heat, and so is most of my family. I guess Chipotle makes their guac in huge batches with 48 avocados per batch. Whoa. So much guac goodness! Hudson has an Elmo video he loves to watch (read:over and over driving us crazy) where all the characters are singing/screaming “We want guac, we want guac!”

I immeadiately thought of Zootopia and the sloths before even finishing reading what you wrote. 🙂 🙂 🙂 But the guacamole sounds great, I make some quite often, I make it quite the same with the obligatory addtion of a finely chopped, seedless tomato. I love tomatoes, cannot leave them out. 🙂 I wish my kids would eat this.

Confession time: I used to hate guacamole because avocados are just not my favorite. However, I had some guacamole awhile back that had plenty of citrus in it and the flavor was just fantastic. So I have been slowly but surely eating more and more guacamole, but it has to be fresh and homemade. This is definitely one that I will make myself!
