I so love the combo of dried cranberries, peanuts, peas, broccoli and bacon! In fact, I don’t think I even need that dressing -even though it sounds delish and my daughter would insist on it! This salad would be perfect for summer get togethers though I would be happy digging into a HUGE bowl of this all by myself!
Fingers crossed there are no more kitchen remodels – but that this salad is made and remade over and over again!
