Yup, you’re right. Essential. And that’s what I’m learning too, friend. Hope things warm up for you down there. It is still pretty cold here and now it’s snowing, which may mean a school delay or cancellation tomorrow. The weird thing is it is supposedly going to be 48° by tomorrow night (Tuesday). Thank you so much for the kind words Carina, and sure hope we get to meet in person one day. We have so much in common I think. I agree it’s all about balance. It’s not that I want to pounce and say no when asked, it’s just that I’m learning I have physical limits and realizing when they are at capacity. I think you are right, we will always be adjusting as our lives change. Hope you enjoy the book, it really gave me a lot to think about and it was a fairly easy read. xo

Hi Kathryn, thanks for this insight, that’s exactly what I want to do. Do it all and be there for everyone and everything. And it’s just not humanly possible. Glad I’m not alone in these thoughts.
