I absolutely love it. Some times when you run into all the red tape to accomplish what should be a simple task, God chuckles at the insanity of it all, and with his own Cheshire cat smile, gives those in charge a dose of their own medicine. The Lord moves in mysteriously humorous ways! I am still chuckling.
